What to write to us about

Bookings. Questions about a tour you have booked or want to book. To reserve a spot, use the booking page. The routes and prices are on the tours page.

Group and charter requests. A larger group, a private charter, or a date you cannot find on the booking page. Tell us the date you have in mind and how many riders.

Corrections to a location match. If you think a place is matched wrongly, a building has changed, or you have found a new match, tell us which page it is on and send a source if you have one. Our rating scale and evidence standards are on the methodology page, and how we handle errors is in the editorial and corrections policy.

Press. Questions from journalists and editors about Miami GTA Tours or the GTA VI locations we have mapped.

After you book

We text or email you to confirm your booking. To cancel a booking, use the cancellation form; the terms are in the cancellation policy.
