Cancellation Policy
What happens to your deposit if you cancel, if you miss the ride or if the weather turns.

- $100 holds your booking
- 24 hours or more before
- Deposit refunded instantly
- Inside 24 hours
- Deposit is kept
- No-show
- No refund
Deposit
Your booking is held with a $100 deposit. Any form of payment is accepted.
Cancelling
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. Cancel 24 hours or more before your start time and your $100 deposit is refunded instantly.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your tour, the deposit is kept.
No-shows
There are no refunds for no-shows.
Weather
Miami GTA Tours makes the call on weather. If weather cancels a ride, you get a new date or a full refund: if you live locally, we move you to a new date; if you are visiting, you get your deposit back.
